Our Firm
Asgaard Capital is a specialty consulting and financial advisory firm, owned and run by Charlie Reardon, that specializes in helping businesses and their owners transition to their next stage. Drawing on decades of experience as an investment banker, lawyer and business owner himself, Charlie helps management and owners to better position their businesses to raise debt and equity capital, find new partners and sell or wind down their businesses. He is particularly effective at helping companies that are experiencing high growth, structural changes in their industries, or limited capital constraints, including those that might be experiencing financial distress.
Charlie also has extensive experience dealing with family businesses.
